MVP reporting built around your specialty.
MIPS Value Pathways (MVPs) group measures and activities by specialty or condition. We help you choose the right MVP, prepare your data and report it through our Qualified Registry.
MVPs are where MIPS is heading, and they reward specialty focus.
MVPs are a newer way to meet MIPS requirements, built on smaller, more relevant sets of quality measures and improvement activities for a specialty or condition, plus a shared foundation of population health and Promoting Interoperability measures. CMS has said it intends to move MIPS toward MVPs over time.

What is an MVP?
A MIPS Value Pathway is a set of quality measures, improvement activities and cost measures tied to a specialty or condition, reported alongside a common foundation of population health and Promoting Interoperability measures.
Do I have to report an MVP?
For most clinicians, MVP reporting is currently a choice rather than a requirement. CMS plans to move MIPS toward MVPs over time, so starting early can make the transition easier.
Which MVP is right for my practice?
It depends on your specialty, patient mix and the measures you already perform well on. We compare the options with you and recommend the best fit.
Can a group report an MVP?
Yes, as individuals, as a group or through subgroups. Multispecialty groups may need to form subgroups, and we advise on how to structure them.
Is MVP scoring different from traditional MIPS?
MVPs are scored on the same performance categories, using the measures and activities in the pathway you choose.
