What does the 20% apply to?

Every MIPS and MVP reporting package for the 2026 performance year, including individual, group and subgroup reporting. It does not apply to our other solutions.

What do I need to do before October 31?

Sign your 2026 reporting agreement by 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026. Claim early so there is time to confirm your status and send the agreement with the 20% applied.

Who can claim the offer?

New clients reporting MIPS or an MVP for the 2026 performance year, from solo clinicians to multispecialty groups. Existing Flow8 Health clients are not eligible.

Is it too late to start 2026 reporting?

No. 2026 data is submitted to CMS in early 2027, and we can work from your EHR or paper charts. Starting now leaves time to close gaps before the year ends.

What if I'm not sure I need to report?
